DIRECTOR - RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Qualification:
1. An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline
and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of
published work with a minimum of 50 publications in international journals of impact
factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus).
2. A minimum of 15 years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in
research at the University/National level institutions/industries, must including
experience of guiding 10 candidates for research at doctoral level.
3. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and
technology – mediated teaching learning process.
4. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based
Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per prevailing UGC norms.
Pay scale: Rs 37400-67000; AGP Rs 12000, as the case may be + special allowance of Rs
4000 but Pay in PB + AGP + SA shall not exceed Rs 80000.

DIRECTOR - FORENSIC SCIENCE/ BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE/ TRAINING
Qualification:
1. An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification(s) in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline
and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of
published work with a minimum of 15 publications in international journals of impact
factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus).
2. A minimum of 15 years of teaching experience in university/college, and/or experience in
research at the University/National level institutions/industries, must including
experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level.
3. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and
technology – mediated teaching learning process.
4. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based
Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per prevailing UGC norms.
Pay scale: Rs 37400-67000; AGP 12000 + special allowance of Rs 4000

CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION
Qualification:
A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of‘B’ in the UGC 7
point scale from any recognized University.
Experience:
1. At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.7000/- and
above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs. 8000/- and above including as
Associate Professor along with experience in Educational administration. Or
2. Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher
education. Or
3. 15 years of administrative experience of which, 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or
an equivalent post.
Relaxation: - Age relaxation for S.C., S.T., etc. candidates shall be as per State Policy.
Age: Not more than 50 Years

PROFESSOR

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR
THE POST OF ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR IS VACANT IN THE FOLLOWING

1. Good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines.
2. A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale
wherever grading system is followed).
3. A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an
academic/research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University,
College or Accredited Research Institution/industry excluding the period of Ph.D.
research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications in
international journals of impact factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus).
4. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and
technology – mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided
doctoral candidates and research students.
5. A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based
Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) as per prevailing UGC norms.
Pay scale: Rs 37400-67000; AGP Rs 9000

ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
THE POST OF ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IS VACANT IN THE FOLLOWING

Institute of Forensic Science: Homeland Security, Forensic Odontology, Finance & Forensic
Accounting
Institute of Behavioral Science: Child Psychology, Cyber Psychology
Qualification:
Ph.D. / Master Degree with NET Qualified and with good academic record throughout at the
preceding degree in the appropriate branch, where relevant. The candidate should have
demonstrated research capabilities in terms of publications in reputed journals with impact
factor (Thomson Reuters/ Scopus). (However, the candidate with Master Degree will have to
obtain the Ph.D. within 5 Years.)
Pay scale: Rs.15, 600 – Rs. 39,100 with AGP of Rs. 6,000
Age & other eligibility criteria shall be as per UGC Guidelines.
ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN
1. A Master’s Degree in library science/information science/documentation science or
equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks (or an equivalent grade in
a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic
record with knowledge of computerization of library.
2. Qualifying in national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other
agency approved by the UGC.
Pay scale: Rs.15, 600 – Rs. 39,100 with AGP of Rs. 6,000.
Age & other eligibility criteria shall be as per UGC Guidelines.
